Separate names with a comma.
Yes if the position needs mainly managing people or resources.
Crap I meant that as a meme but that was a good answer
it’s the only thing on mine
“Marco Polo: OPF Super Mod. Please hire me.”
Oh, sorry. Man I'm slow in there to be honest.
If nothing else Marco you're resume will stand out far above the rest :P
As for why not it's cos there are like under a hundred active users and it's 80% cringe
@Jawahib is this your way of telling us you’ve been a mod on Oro Jackson this whole time?
Oro Jackson? Is that like a celebrity or smth? It definitely cant be a web forum ive had an account in since 2015 :l
@Pacquiao8’s answer was a very good one from a former HR mgr perspective, also as someone who used to do interviews and hiring a lot otherwise. It would work on a skills based resume. Or volunteer/community section.
@Kia imagine you saw someone come in with that on their resumè and you were like:
"Which website do you mod"
"One Piece Forum"
"Oh and what do you call yourself"
So you ask him to never return
I’d ask what their responsibilities were. What they call themselves on an online forum is considered PII, I believe. It’s none of a potential employer’s business. Their title is relevant. So moderator, supervisor, administrator, etc. Even boss’ contact info is optional and not required. Granted, refusing to give it doesn’t look great but that’s on the applicant.
It’s more like what are the challenges of the position? How do you deal with them? What would your supervisor say your greatest strength/weakness is? What’s a typical day like? Things like that. Do work well with the others in similar positions? Etc.
Fam I'm trying to make memes and you keep hitting back with str8 fax but also don't stop cos this is actually pretty interesting
lol I basically warned you that I was being real when I started by referencing Pac’s comment in the first place. Guess my mind was all about “help those youngsters be prepared for those interviews” and whatnot. :-P
Ok it's super nice that you thought that but I'm not even a mod so any advice you gave couldn't apply to me lol
Yeah but interview questions are pretty universally applied and you’re the one who broached the topic lol.
Can't argue with that logic
