How many eps did you give it? Personally I'm enjoying it. Not solely thanks to 02, either. Miku and Zorome are great.

I gave it five episodes. The humans vs. klaxosaurs premise is cool and all, but this is pretty much the rule 34 version of Pacific Rim. Is it necessary to link male and female pilots in such a...suggestive way? Mix that with Zero Two's erotic personality and you've got yourself another anime statistic. As long as giant fighting robots are an excuse by Trigger to make a boner-fueled anime, I don't think anyone would consider it great, and the reviews I've seen of it are proof as well.

Miku is cute and Zorome's a dick, btw. :D

A mix between evagelion and Elfen Lied, what is it with the nips and amnesia.
Currently at episode 13 and what keeps me watching is the unanswered questions and how everybody is going to get to know it.
The wonderfull animation also makes me a keeper.

The proces of growing up in a world that has been cold and is emotional in ruins. The fact that there are so many sexual innuendos bothered me (yes that's possible) but in line of the story it kinda makes sense.

While watching these series don't forget to look up your herbarium. Plants have a massive influence here.
for example the miseltoe, which is a plant with parasyte charachteristics.
The stamen and the pistile which are parts of the flower (and if you know how plants reproduce you'll can get a possible answer for the recognision of the adults to the children and why love isn't needed to make childeren anymore.

Slowly catching up and holy shit episode 15 just blew me away!
DAARIN UNMEI GAAAA~ KEKKAN WO HOSHIRU YOOOO

I wholeheartedly agree. It was really eerie to me how quickly Ichigo seemed to change her mind despite evidence to contrary, especially once they're all buddy buddy again in the next episode.

especially with the 16th episode, the turning is a bit out of characther. She loves Hiro, goes as far as "betraying" her. Btw a lot of betrays in 16. the kiss of brown hair girl, papa.

I hope we leave the drama behind and go on with the story (or rather in finding answers, because every episodes just gives me more questions)
