    Hello everyone,
    It’s been a long time,
I just wanted to go over something... No! I would like to go over many things.

Yeah! I was just thinking about the Manly fight which did not make whole cake island boring where Luffy-Senpai shows his mans’ respect to Katakuri.

Just imaging how he reacted upon hearing senpai’s escape,

now that senpai’s bounty surpasses his mighty 1 Billion Belli, I wanna just put forth a discussion and opinion among my nakamas which kind of reaction would we get from the top general of a Yonko who respects the enemy?

Your thoughts for this is what makes this holy forum delightful.

    Thank You

It would probably be similar to when Luffy declared that he would come back to defeat Big Mom and become the Pirate King. Katakuri most likely would just smile the same way.
Although, there's no point in going back now, since Big Mom came to Luffy.. :P

    First of all, “LONG TIME!”
    Hello!
If my intuition is correct I don’t think Katakuri accompanied Big Mom on her voyage to Wano. Cause someone reliable has to stay in Totto Land to look after it, I did not see him on the ship which belonged to Big mom.
And yeah I it kinda makes sense cause Senpai did say he would return to defeat Mama.

Katakuri did stay behind due to the injuries sustained against Luffy.

As Edin said, the mutual respect from the fight would be the major source of how Katakuri reacts. Personally, I think it would add fuel to Katakuri's fire. Fighting characters usually take their bounty as a sign of pride. Being overtaken by Luffy it further salt on his wounds and he would want to legitimately overtake Luffy.

This is a great point because we may get deprived of this with Oda changing Wano Kuni to include Big Mom. There might have been a second Katakuri vs. Luffy fight in the original plot (just to show how much Luffy grew in a short time). Depending on where Big Mom is now determines if we have a condensed version of the original Big Mom War.
