    Here’s my suggestion: We run things like we normally do, but update the thread when the official release comes out, and change the links from the scanlations to the Viz media links. When the scans come out, we put a [SCANS] tag in the thread title, and then delete the tag when the official release comes out

    That's exactly what I was planning to do: the exact mechanics would be the scanlation thread in the spoilers section until the official release.

    Ah, I like this too (easier for me). I'm willing to do a little extra work to promote the "support" of the official work by keeping it in the spoilers section until the Monday(ish) release. If we do this, I just ask for a forum announcement so that we don't get multiple people creating duplicate chapter threads (update the template thread too?).

    Either way, just let me know what the consensus ends up here or in our convo and I'll run with whatevers.
