    - ONE PIECE editor Naito said on Twitter live streaming 3 hours ago that Reverie will finish within the next 10 chapters (数週;2-9 weeks). He also said that he doesn't call it Reverie "arc" since it will not last long.

    - Naito also said that Oda will not spend dozens of chapters on Reverie since Straw Hats need to enter Wano soon.

    - Naito said that so many important information is crammed into Reverie that audience may feel like re-reading those chapters.

    - "ONE PIECE Doors!" volume 1 will be on sale on June 4th. It will handle cover story drawings and such from chapter 2 to 305. Judging from the live streaming above, it seems Sheusha decided to publish this book since it will remind audience of some characters who appear in Reverie.

I'm not sure if I'm going to believe him or not. Similar statement was released for the previous arc for like 2-3 times.

Might be the Post-WCI arc then? or Pre-Wano arc?

    This.

I want to believe that we'll be at Wano sooner rather than later but... with what happened with WCI I'm very weary about this.

Haha...yup, the young editors have not earned respect from Oda. I do think we can take Oda at his word for now though since he is definitely back to his usual pacing for the recent chapters.

@Judgement I stole this term from someone else here, but after every major arc, we get a "state of the world" mini-arc. This mini-arc is just more complex because it has Reverie and at least a Wano Kuni infiltration aspect (we have possible side-tangents of Nekomamushi finding Marco potentially, the usual family/friend reactions to the new bounties, etc.).

Yes, I really like those mini-arcs! But in my memory, those have always been categorised under a name, whether it be "post-marineford", "post-enies lobby" or just the main arc itself. I wonder if Reverie will be counted as part of the Wano arc, or as a seperate "post-WCI" kind of thing. What do you think?

I know right. I think Reverie will definitely not be long just as they said, but will it really finish within 10 chapters? Hmmmm

It is definitely "canon-filler" since Oda needs to accommodate for travel times or other situational changes to the manga timeline. I think the official names are the "post-" arc since the Japanese obsession necessitates categorization/organization. However, since it pretty much happens after every major arc, I like the more universal "state of the world" title (so credits to the user here that thought it up).

So to answer your question, I would assume the editors stick with a "post-WCI" arc. Then again, if it takes ~10 chapters, it might get it's own separate arc. So my personal bias wishes for it to be <10 chapters and the "post-WCI" naming.
I don't see why not. The pacing is finally back to normal. Based on context, there is only a few things that have to be covered, and the arc/mini-arc is going to end on a major cliffhanger.

To be honest tho, for how well it started I wouldn't mind it lasting a bit longer than expected..

So far ... 4 ch of Reverie arc (if you count start at 905) were true to what he said... insane amount of information given. If it continues like this we'll enter Wano without our hearts, because they'll explode in Reverie due to awesomeness
