    Should have done this a long time ago (making a thread)! If you've followed Red Storm you have to read this one too, Peerless Dad is the main story as Red Storm is just the side story.

    The slice of life aspect is too real.
    The best things of the series for the moment were the boatcalling and the current sequence of actions!

    I've read this one, but I stopped, and haven't continued. I'm not sure, perhaps because I haven't seen any progress to his character. Will it get better?

    For the moment it can goes both ways, but I feel the series have more power in the developement of "side" characthers than the mcs himself. It's kinda cool to see to have an unknowing overpowered being that rubs off his power to his environment.

    Yes, this is probably what I thought, but couldn't really put into words lol. I guess that's why I'm not too fond of it, since I'm inclined to favor the main characters, but he basically has done nothing (up until what I've read).

    Side Characters to watch out:

    1 Rude Boy (the bony one that got rescued)
    2 MC's Partner (obviously a woman disguising as a man)
    3 Sweeping Grandpa (even the community thinks that he is lying, I think he is a hidden master of some sort)
    4 Noya's Granddaughter (the new leader of the Heavenly Demon Sect)
    5 The Mysterious Silhouette (the scene where Noya's Granddaughter was talking to someone and then disappeared)

    Update: Chapter 89

    - Oh boy! It's payback time (talk about an all out war).
    - It seems that this Wudang Faction is on the neutral side (for now?).
    - Oh $#*t!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A master indeed..that was so badass when Grandpa said: " You have eyeballs capable of recognizing me, but why didn't you take notice of my children?" :openmouth::openmouth::openmouth:
    - Didn't exactly know who or what they were talking about (Noya's granddaughter), but it seems like they are going to have a go with a master and retrieve some scrolls that belong to Noya (is what I think)!

    Not quite sure, but there's probably a link to this with (here's my take):

    1 The rude boy that the MC rescued, Clearly this guy is also a martial art master or an important person in the sect (after all it all started from there).

    2 The Assassins goal is to execute the MC (Noh Gajang is a valuable asset of the sect and he is close with one of the 5 Masters of the sect).

    3 The innocent children (students of the sect) got also included in this mess (much worse is that the Leaders/Masters didn't even know where to find the whereabouts of the intruders and the missing children in their own territory). That's a big L from the Masters.

    4 To save face from the sect and the people who knows this events, much more the Murim, they (The Masters) probably think that a payback is a must.

    5 To sum it up: "An eye for an eye"!

    It's still a mystery to whose the person (Noya's Granddaughter) they're talking about.

    Did he (Noh Gajang) just break from a coma? :openmouth: It's going to be a brand new Noh Gajang when he totally wakes up...

    Not much happening in this chapter, maybe next chapter will be able to find out what happen to the Assassins vs. Sweeping Grandpa, News of the upcoming war and the Murim's next move.

    I thought Gajang would squeeze Ilsang's hands (when saying his going to take care of the kids), funny how he'd wake up hearing those words.

    Just seeing the straw sandals (thinking of Sweeping Grandpa) then when the box open :dizzy: Damn it really was him...this badass Master :openmouth:

    Does that mean he got something to do with the Wudang faction (laying low) from the Murim Alliance? I don't know about the Shaolin (but it's in cluded)!

    Now that's some sisterly love (the 3 of them sticking together be it better or worse) :kissingheart:

    I'm not good with the politics in this story. Holy shizzle, I keep on forgetting who is who.

    The squeezing of the hand was to be expected but funny as hell!
