So... present-Eren's actions are based on the future-memories of Eren, that future-Eren allowed Grisha to see in the past, so that present-Eren could see them, four years ago when he touched Historia and had access to those memories, while also knowing, that future-Eren's memories are incomplete, so that he could manipulate Grisha's past actions, for the current outcome of the situation, but then failed to see, in Grisha's memories, which he has/had access to, that Grisha told Zeke, in the future, while being in their memories, to stop Eren - thus leaving an opening in Eren's plan, which he could've prevented...
That having happened in an, apparentely, changable future.

On top of that did Eren just break free of Ymir's chains as if it is nothing.

I mean, I get what is going on, though I'm unsure if this isn't contradicting some established rules and future Eren influencing current Eren with incomplete knowledge about something, apparentely horrible, that has happend... okay, fine.
All according to plan, I guess.

At least explains the title of chapter one a little bit more, kind off.

The story became quite complex. All those future minds and pasts, other dimensions and such.
Where is my simple battle manga?

This Paths concept is so complicated, and almost confusing, but I have to say I’m really enjoying it. It looks like Eren’s claims that he’s “free” weren’t delusional after all...

Will we get Ymir exposition next chapter? She’s the big mystery in all of this...

What i didn't understand is how Grisha was able to notice Eren and Zeke at some moments

He notices them because he has partial access to the memories of the Eren we see right now.
He basically remembers the future that is his current present, thus does he know that Eren and Zeke are around
