One Piece a mile ahead again with 6 million+ sales, followed by Assassination Classroom, Attack on Titan and Haikyuu!, all with sales exceeding 4 million copies.

One Piece volumes 80 & 81 far out sell the other series, Attack on Titan volumes 18 & 19 are the only others to sell more than 1 million copies.

How many of these series do you follow? Are your favourites selling well in Japan? Are there any series that surprise you with their popularity, or lack thereof?

I'm glad that all 3 of the manga I'm following are within the top 10 series: One Piece (1), Haikyuu (4) and Seven Deadly Sins (6). I'm surprised One Punch Man (7) isn't higher, especially considering how huge the anime was.
I don't read Kingdom (5), but some manga reviewers are quite excited about it. Assassination Classroom (2) supposedly finished recently, so I'm not surprised that it's so high up; I need to catch up with the anime for it because I remember it being very entertaining.

Happy that my OP is still OP hoho #1!! and I see a lot of best selling mangas are publised by Shueisha. They have to be the richest people there.

No surprise here when it comes to One Piece. Like @Date Damon said, Shueisha really dominates the manga market, it's quite impressive that they have been like this for so long. They really reached their target audience pretty well over the past few years.

3 of the manga I follow are on the top 10: OP, SnK and Tokyo Ghoul:re, and now I seriously thinking of reading ERASED soon (I watched the anime but a lot of people say the manga is quite better).
