depends on what you do on the job, but if you are at a desk-job, stand an take a little walk (or even just go up and down the stairs)

Sleep at least 8 hours every night and don't forget your breakfast.
    There is no other way.

I just pound energy drinks, but I suppose that isn't a very good recommendation since they're not good for you.

I'd say just do what @KKG says. Try to get between 6-8 hours of natural sleep every evening and eat breakfast (just not too hearty because that can also cause sleepiness) ;)

One time I had a great breakfast of Steak, Eggs, Coffee, Toast and Home fries. I was so friggin' tired after that hefty meal, but had to work an 8 hour shift. Big mistake :tearsofjoy:

I used to use an exercise ball as a desk chair. That was helpful. It worked my core and I often bounced on it as I worked. ^_^ ‘Twas fun. Staying hydrated is always a good answer for general health and well-being (plus having to go pee will get you up periodically and keep you awake). If you can use headphones and music, yet still be productive, that’s an option. Herbal ginger teas are also highly invigorating without the caffeine (you can also simply add natural ginger candy to hot water to make a tea). ^_^

You’re quite welcome! The balls come in different sizes (I think 55 and 65cm are the standards?) and they actually make ones that are set up as chairs already (but those are more expensive and don’t work your core as much since they’ve got the back arm support). If you’ve got the room in your workspace, you can alternate between using the ball and your normal chair, especially until you get accustomed to it. Or maybe start at home practicing while on your computer there? Either way, good luck and I hope you’re able to rest well but even if that’s not possible, maybe some of this will help. ^_^

Well the only problem is that, when I was not doing anything, I get bored and will become sleepy even how many times have I tried to search, read, watch anything just to not being sleepy. But when I have work to do, I am become better like I do not feel anything sleepy. Thanks

Makes sense. I used to have that problem as well. That’s why I engaged my body, standing work stations are a thing also but they require manager approval and expense so are more complicated. Ohh another thing that I did was bring a mini bicycle to work. Like just the pedals that go under the desk and pedal those. That’ll keep you awake and fit. ^_^

You’re welcome. They’re available for as little as 25 USD brand new around here but can be up to six times that so I don’t know about availability where you are but hopefully you can find one if you choose. ^_^
